It must be done within same time period or can you truly say you did better? The weight must be what you built up to, not less. You are racing today. Racing yourself.

Which of those days was your distance the greatest? That is the one to beat. If you have correctly documented your exercises and you are using Strava correctly to document your distances, you have specific goals for today. Weight you built up to + longest distance. Beat those.
