Sally is arriving so it will be a wet one. An extra set of clothes/shoes may not be a bad idea. Today we have training session "U". The focus will be on vertical pressing. We will set up in the upper pavilion, I would probably bring a towel as well. Have your running technique on point. If you would like to schedule a 1 on 1 running technique session, let me know.
The link above is a study from Sweden on outdoor exercise. This is their gym. I personally think ours is better, that one looks too...clean. The study basically says you are a frickin genius if you are exercising outside. You already knew that though.
