The day has finally arrived...

It is ALABAMA today!!!

Today we have ALabama and it will be a great one.

It looks as if it will be a decent amount to set up so the lower pavilion will be the location.

Don't use your warm up distance in your "work out" distance. I want that to be an easy pace where you focus on technique and slowly elevating your heart rate. Not a "let me steal some distance here to tack on later". Don't even bother using your GPS if this is a challenge.

Progression- slow down a bit and focus on what was the RPE (rate of perceived exertion) of each set. This cycle I want a different strategy.

Set 1- a 6.5-7.5 range

Set 2- 7.5-8.0 range

Set 3- 8.0 on 4 of the exercises, 8.5-9.0 on the main 2.

Some of you have really done a nice job on your RPE. You have made great strength improvements. If everything is a "10", we can probably look back to when you started and your weights are either the same or lower. Honesty matters in lifting. Well, kinda matters in a lot of things.

Look at this guide again. Study it. It is key for your success.
