Starting a new cycle tonight!

Tonight in the Upper Pavilion we will begin a new cycle starting off with....Rhode Island! Oddly enough a state I have visited a ton. Perform Better is a functional fitness equipment company that is based in RI and they are incredible hosts of continuing educational seminars. I have been to a variety and learned a lot in that small state. (Also competed in International Community Problem Solving Competition there in 7th grade. Won 3rd in case you were curious)

The crown jewel will be the FRONT SQUAT!
