With a state capital population around 14k (Pierre), South Dakota is the name of the game today. The lower pavilion (in the morning only) should be a great place to rock some rowing. Upper pavilion in the evening as the lighting is better. Every day is longer and longer, before long we won't need head lamps. (March 14th is time change)
