Running behind today, slept in till 5:30 (Gotta get to bed earlier). Today we will be back at the Lower Pavilion in the morning, Upper in the evening. Deadlifts/hinging are the name of the game today. It looks like we will be blessed with a day much like the last two days. Come ready for Illinois 3.
