We are back to the tiny state of Rhode Island which today feels more like a RI kinda April day than an Alabama day. 37 degrees last night!?! Nuts. Lower Pavilion today for the fun. Time to get those layers out again for one more Hoo Rah! Front Squats are back on the agenda as the main movement.
