If no one has signed up for 4:15 time slot by 3:15, I will cancel that class. That is when I need to leave my house to get there and set up. Today is one of those instances. If you are ever planning on 4:15, please make sure you sign up in advance. I know sometimes you wait till almost the last minute due to life's uncertainties and that is ok.
