I am putting together strength scores. I want to see where we are strong and weak as a group. Please send me your age and weight in a text to 7064742511. I am looking through data to see where we need more/less focus in our next cycle. For instance, I am looking through data and compiling your front squat best set. I will then give you a predicted 1 RM based on this. I will then correlate that to a strength score. I will do this for all of the lifts and see where we need the most work.
