Today we will be at the lower pavilion aka Hickory Haven aka creek view. Horizontal Pressing will be the primary focus today. We will warm up like we did yesterday.
Today's article discusses a few benefits of walking in nature. The most interesting part of this study to me is the improved cognitive function 30 minutes after leaving. There were other benefits as well. Mood, Salivary Cortisol levels (stress hormone), Restorative experience (HRV response) but I find the cognitive results fascinating.
