Today we will have the second installment of session "O". We did this one last Wednesday, Aug 5th and the goal will be to add more weight on our exercises. Vertical Pressing is the primary focus. Good work yesterday with the Pendlay Row and our balance work. The average symmetric strength score on the Pendlay Row was a 63.1. This is the strongest average movement so far. We made some excellent progress on the 2x4s and really got to work through a few progressions due to your focus and effort. More to come. See you in a bit!
