Montana #3

Today we have Montana #3 at the lower pavilion. This one is a big central nervous system fatigue day. Big movements like deadlifts, squats are in this one. Preparing the body for movement will be crucial. We will focus heavily on the deadlift. Don't be afraid to get there a bit early, set up weights, foam roll, do some quality dynamic work, those kind of valuable things. It also means your running distance is low today compared to other days. Get your hydration right NOW, be ready to roll!
