Breathing is like a lot of other things. You can do it. In fact you do it 21,000 times a day. It doesn't mean you do it all that well and optimally. You might be breathing to survive, not thrive. Why does this matter? Well the breathing exercise we are going to work on today does more than work your lungs. Proper breathing is the key to flexibility and function amongst other things.
