Today we feature horizontal pressing. Mainly, the bench press. The second installment of "X" I want to set up at the lower pavilion today.
I do want to let you know that I am experiencing "symptoms" of...well everything. I have a sore throat and a cough. If this concerns you, I completely understand. I will be happy to cancel you today. Maybe sagebrush, elm and ragweed are getting me? I don't know. I also have two children that recently had a cough so maybe I got a little bug from them. I don't think it's the Rona, pretty sure the glorious hill we played on Tuesday would have given me shortness of breath. I can definitely smell and taste but energy does feel down a bit. I'm telling you this to be 100% transparent. With the way things are today, I don't want anyone to be uncomfortable with me spotting them or anything.
I was also informed that Auburn and Amazon Prime aren't getting along. If you need something quick, shoot me a text and I will give you my address to send it to. Headlamps for instance. I will keep a couple loaners on me but it might be good to go ahead and get one.
