Sally looks to be out of our hair. Deadlifts today for "V". Will probably still have some drizzle/rain so upper pavilion once again.
Big thing today- Get to park a bit early and get warmed up well including some warmup sets on the bar. Example- I think today I am at 325 lbs on the deadlift. I will first do a set of 135, a set of 225, and a set of 275. Why? To get my body ready. I don't have to find the movement, I have that down. I don't intend to shock the system and go straight to 325 without some prep work. Something will probably get angry at me.
