Another hurricane...ho hum

Ironically today's workout is titled "Louisiana". As Zeta comes rolling in I will keep an eye on it but unless there is quite a bit of lightning this evening- ALL SYSTEMS GO! Some of you had read my rambles about "The Medicine that God gives us" and how we as humans are now too smart to take it. Basically some daycares in Finland changed their play areas to be more like a forest. Dirt, plants, etc. Low and behold they tested these kids blood and within 28 days their immune system markers were different....In a VERY good way. Read the article, it is a good one.

Today feels like an Upper Pavilion day today as we focus on vertical pressing.
