Great job yesterday on the water. I enjoyed watching you guys sweat and laugh at the same time. The opportunity to play a little in the name of health and fitness is important. R2 today includes horizontal pressing as the primary focus. I imagine with the intensity of the chin ups and all the rowing, your lats and upper posterior chain or a bit sore today. Don't expect much "push" on the single arm KB ROW today. 5:30 will be at the upper pavilion.
