Today we will be back in the upper pavilion for Montana. Deadlifts will be the primary movement. This chart will be key. Come a bit early, get warmed up (maybe foam roll, do a few dynamic warmups, a few light sets of deadlifts), keep your cell phones in your car. Friday has arrived!
