Today is the fourth and final installment of "U"

Many of you did quite well yesterday working on running. Running is an exercise just like a deadlift. It requires focus on technique for adults to do well.


This video is one of many from Pose Method. They will give you some good drills and great info so that you can practice better running technique.

These were the dates we last did U. Your job is to check Strava for running distance those days and see what your best was. The goal today is to get more distance on the trails. If you are coming in the evening, don't forget your headlamp. We will be in the upper pavilion today.
