Today we will be in the upper pavilion. We will focus on the bench press today. The average score from the group is currently 48.3. The goal is to make that go up today. We will work up to maximum intensity and see where we are.
I have had a few requests for the other part of our adventure today.
For Julie's birthday yesterday, I asked and she requested a stroll through the woods. Check. Someone else asked if we could play a game. Check.
Someone else asked if we could take a nap. Ummm...no.
The truth is that we don't play enough. Play is important. Happy people don't stop playing. Today we play.
